Blue Raku

I love this piece. It defied the odds. I figure I'm batting about a 50% survival rate for the bisque firing of my pieces. Then, I get about 25% that come out the way I like in the Raku firing. So this piece represents about 7 failures! I've had a particularly bad spake of mess-ups recently as I've tried to work on large pieces - lots of cracks! This piece is pretty large - maybe 16 inches tall.
