New House Update

Time it took me to be sure I was doing the right thing: still working on it.
Time it took me to refinance my house: 6 months.
Time it took me to get a large enough home equity line of credit: 4 months.
Time it took Annie and I to work with an architect to design a small house for our lot: 8 months and counting.
Time it took for the garage to be cleaned out: a couple months to find homes for the bee hive equipment, two weekends to do the rest.
Time it took the garage to be demolished: four hours!
