My Father Glows

Here are some photos I've taken in the past two and a half months. Now you see why I keep going to NYC!


They say he has chronic heart failure but I think he has chronic heart success.


The above was back when he could still get out of bed.


I find the "miniature" setting on my camera captures the ephemeral feeling of this time.


He is surrounded by people who love him, respect him, and take good care of him. Championed by my mom.


I love the light and colors in the one below.

    Sara, I'm so sorry to learn that Bernie died last February. I hadn't seen him since he and Sue came to New Haven in 1996. I am so sorry for your loss--all of our losses. Your photos are lovely. Harriet
